Amsterdam's Red Light District will have its name changed, according to Amsterdam's Deputy Mayor Victor Everthardt. As per him, they will return the district either its historic name De Wallen or will call the City Center.
According to Victor Everthardt "Red Light District"is associated with the sex industry and constitutes an improper name.
