According to the Secretary of State, Russian President Vladimir Putin has withdrawn part of the troops mobilized near the Ukrainian border in the last few days.
Anthony Blinken's visit to Ukraine comes before the expected meeting of US and Russian Presidents Joe Biden and Vladimir Putin.
According to American media, the meeting between Joe Biden and Vladimir Putin may occur after the G7 summit in the United Kingdom in June.
