Armenian PM asks Putin for help again

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a letter to Russia's President Vladimir Putin today.

Following the official website of Armenian's Foreign Ministry, Pashinyan appealed to Putin for immediate consultations to determine the type and amount of assistance.

Following the official statement, it refers to the Russian Federation's assistance to provide to Armenia to ensure its security.

The ministry says Russia can do it 'based on Armenia and Russia's allied relations and Article 2 of the "Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation, and Mutual Assistance" dated August 29, 1997.
