Azerbaijan and Armenia have reached an agreement on a temporary ceasefire for humanitarian purposes from 00.00 AM, local time, October 18, Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry reports.
"The decision was made after the October 1 statement released by the US, French, Russian presidents who act the Minsk Group co-chairs, and as a result of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs' statement dated October 5, and Moscow's statement of October 10,'' reads the official statement by Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry.
