Azerbaijani authorities have accused Armenia of bombing civilian populations. Azerbaijan media reports that peaceful citizens were injured and killed in conflict zones, including the Tartar district, with their houses and infrastructure also being damaged.
According to The Ministry of Defence of Azerbaijan, the country's troops have been deployed in the Murovdağ mountain range.
