According to the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers, Azerbaijan recorded 27 new COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours to take the total case count to 4,959.
One person died in the past 24 hours, this bringing the tally to 4,947.
A total of 1,294 patients are still under treatment, and 329,038 patients recovered.
Local health workers have tested more than 3,644,912 Azerbaijanis since the outbreak.
