According to the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers, Azerbaijan recorded 2,717 new COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours to take the total case count to 279,181.
Thirty-one people died in the past 24 hours, this bringing the tally to 3,811.
A total of 29,489 patients are still under treatment, and 245,881 patients recovered.
Local health workers have tested 2,977,593 million Azerbaijanis since the outbreak.
