Rashad Nabiyev has been appointed on the post of the Minister of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan. President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree.
Rashad Nabiyev was the chairperson of the open joint-stock company Azercosmos. He will replace Ramin Guluzade on the post.
