According to the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers, Azerbaijan recorded 1,759 new COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours to take the total case count to 252,680.
A total of 24 people died in the past 24 hours, this bringing the tally to 3,445.
A total of 14,342 patients are still under treatment, and 232,876 recovered.
Local health workers have tested 2,816,784 Azerbaijanis since the outbreak.
