As Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has posted on his official Twitter account, on October 3, the Azerbaijani troops have liberated several villages from Armenia's occupation.
''Today, the Azerbaijani army de-occupied Talysh, Tartar district, with Cibrail district villages: Mehdil, Chakhril, Ashagi Maraliani, Sheibei, and Quikar, as well as Ashagi Abdurahmanly of Phizuli district,'' Aliyev tweets.
