A fire has erupted in Azerbaijan in an 18-story residential building in the Nizami district of Baku, the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan reports.
Rescuers and firefighters are on the scene.
Preliminary reports say electrical wiring caught fire in the basement.
