Britain adds four countries to "Red list"

The UK will not allow visitors from Bangladesh, Kenya, the Philippines, and Pakistan into the country. All four countries will be included in the Red List from April 9. Only British and Irish nationals will be allowed to cross the border from these countries, although they will have to undergo a 10-day emergency quarantine.

The travel ban in the UK already applies to up to 30 countries of South Africa, the Middle East, and South America. There were talks of banning several European countries, but London eventually refrained from doing so.
