A total of 116 New York transport workers have reportedly died of coronavirus. Within the strict measures to counter the virus, the number of subway passengers has been cut by nearly 90% in NY, and 18,000 employees of the transport department are now checked, and everyone with more than 37.7 body temperature is instructed to stay at home.
Per the data from Johns Hopkins University, the US coronavirus cases have passed 1.3 mln, and the country has so far seen more than 80,000 deaths.
