The Council of the Europe approved the new composition of the European Commission, which will be headed by Ursula von der Leyen. The Commission will start working form December 1.
The list includes 25 European Commissioners, including Spain's Josep Borrell, who will replace Federica Mogherini as High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy.
UK has not nominated the European Commissioner.
The European Parliament will approve the new composition of the European Commission, voting will take place on November 27.
