Paul Gavan, Rapporteur of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, will visit Azerbaijan and Armenia.
Following the visit, he will prepare a report on the humanitarian consequences of the conflict on behalf of the Parliamentary Assembly Committee on Migration, Refugees, and Population.
Gavan will visit Armenia on May 19-22 and arrive in Azerbaijan in the summer.
Paul Gavan plans to complete work on the report "Humanitarian Consequences of the Conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan" in the fall.
