Countries mark Earth Hour - PHOTO

Lights on economic, political, and cultural buildings and monuments went off for an hour as part of the Earth Hour 2021 in various countries.

This campaign is underway for the 15th time worldwide.

New Zealand is one of the first that celebrated Earth Hour in the world.

Australia, Malaysia, and Philipinnes will join the initiative, while more than 570 facilities will get dark in Germany.

The Earth Hour is a global measure for environmental protection. It was conducted in 2007 for the first time.
