A criminal case has been launched against Armenian Defense Minister Davit Tonoyan and other officials. Local media writes about it based on the Investigative Committee of Armenia.
According to media reports, the case opened based on a statement submitted by reserve officer Tsolak Khachatryan, under the first part of Article 353 of the Criminal Code of Armenia, which stipulates intentional non-compliance with court action.
The investigation is ongoing.
