A 6.6 magnitude earthquake shook the coast of Izmir, Turkey. The Anadolu agency spreads the information.
The epicenter was reported below the Aegean Sea, at a depth of 16.5 kilometers.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, six residential buildings were destroyed due to the earthquake.
A rescue operation is underway on the spot.
