Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the President of Turkey responds to US leader Donald Trump on Twitter.
Donald Trump thanked his Turkish colleague Recep Tayyip Erdogan yesterday, noting that the decision will save the lives of millions.
“Great news out of Turkey. News Conference shortly with @VP and @SecPompeo. Thank you to @RTerdogan. Millions of lives will be saved!”, reads the statement by Trump.
“Mr. President, many more lives will be saved when we defeat terrorism, which is humanity's arch enemy. I am confident that this joint effort will promote peace and stability in our region”, responded Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
Yesterday at a news conference Mike Pence said the US and Turkey agreed to a ceasefire in Syria.
