EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar visited Agdam. The Azerbaijani media spread the information.
"The EU Special Representative got acquainted with the results of the Armenian vandalism in this area," the media wrote.
Toivo Klaar visited Azerbaijan on September 15. During the visit, the issues of cooperation between Azerbaijan and the European Union, current regional issues, as well as security and the humanitarian situation, will be discussed.
