The American Corporation Facebook Independent Supervisory Board has upheld restrictions on account of former US President Donald Trump.
"The board supported Facebook's January 7, 2021 decision to restrict the posting of content on the Facebook and Instagram accounts of former President Donald Trump," the board said in a statement.
Facebook and Twitter blocked Donald Trump's accounts a few months ago after a January 6 attempt by Trump supporters to storm the Capitol.
