A college building is burning in Odessa, Ukraine. The fire spread over 2,000 square meters. 40 people have been evacuated and 9 hospitalized.
According to the Ukrainian Emergency Service Agency, fire elimination works are underway.
The area was blocked by law enforcers. Traffic is not allowed near the area. The Mayor of the city is at the scene.
