According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan, a fire broke out in a residential house in Baku, local media reports.
The fire broke out on the top floor of a four-story residential building in Nasimi district, with a total area of 64 square meters.
The owner of the house and his wife received burns of different severity, but their lives are not in danger.
The fire is fully localized.
