Ganja, the second largest city of Azerbaijan, has reportedly been shelled again. Azerbaijan's Defense Ministry said that rockets had been fired at the city.
Following explosions, the representatives of different media outlets were transported in special vehicles. Rustavi 2 TV camera crews also worked on the scene when loud blasts were heard.
