Georgia’s Russia-occupied Abkhazia region holds so-called self-governance elections

As Russian media outlets report, the so-called self-governance elections are underway in Georgia’s Russia-occupied region of Abkhazia.

The polling stations opened in the morning, where police are mobilized.

Voters are called on to maintain social distancing and wear face masks at the polling stations.

The section ‘Against All’ was removed from the ballot, which means rejecting all the candidates.
