Giant trench appears in Mexico

A giant underground trench has appeared in the state of Puebla, Mexico, Daily Mail writes.

According to the publication, the diameter of the pit is 100 meters, and its depth is 20 meters. Nevertheless, the size is growing day by day.

According to Mexican authorities, the landslide was caused by geological problems. The trench is full of water, and the level is gradually increasing.

Eyewitnesses living nearby say they heard an explosion-like sound.

Local authorities say that dozens of houses will be in danger if the current geological process is not stopped in time.
