"Grad multiple launch rocket system (MLRS), fired on the Azerbaijani cities of Barda and Tartar, as well as civilians, was destroyed with a precision-guided missile," Hikmat Hajiyev, the Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, Head of the Foreign Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration revealed the information.
"Many innocent lives have been saved. Possible damage to civilian infrastructure has been prevented," Hajiyev wrote.
