"Armenians continue to commit war crimes against civilians, especially children," Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, Hikmat Hajiyev, wrote on the Twitter account, report.az says.
"Armenian attack with Smerch rocket on the Tartar city killed 16-year-old Ismayilzade Orkhan, who picked dates in the garden,'' he said.
