"The two countries have a common history; our brotherhood is inviolable and eternal," the Minister of National Defense of Turkey, Hulusi Akar, made the statement at a joint news conference with Azerbaijani Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov at the Heydar Aliyev Center.
He noted that Turkey is always ready to mobilize its capabilities to solve the problems of Azerbaijan.
Turkish Defense Minister is visiting Azerbaijan on the occasion of "Victory Day," which is celebrated in the country on November 8.
