President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev hosted Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkey's Republic to Azerbaijan Erkan Ozoral on April 10.
Aliyev signed a decree on awarding Erkan Ozoral with the 'Dostlug' order for special merits in developing ties of friendship and cooperation between Azerbaijan and Turkey, Trend reports.
