"Dear compatriots, I congratulate you on the liberation of the Aghdam region from the occupation! I congratulate all the people of Aghdam," said the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, addressing the population.
"You are no longer refugees. You will return to your native lands," Aliyev said.
