Ilham Aliyev, the President of Azerbaijan, together with Mehriban Aliyeva, the First Lady of Azerbaijan, laid a wreath at the Khojaly Massacre Memorial and paid tribute to the victims of the tragedy.
The Honorable Guard stood at the memorial.
Members of the government, MPs, ministers, heads of committees, diplomatic corps, leaders of religious confessions, as well as survivors of the Khojaly tragedy also laid flowers at the memorial.
Today is the 28th anniversary of the Khojali tragedy. The victims of the bloody tragedy of the Karabakh conflict, Khojaly, are remembered in Azerbaijan.
