A 5-months infant recovered from coronavirus after 32 days of coma in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, reports CNN.
Reportedly, the infant was confirmed COVID-positive in a few months after the birth.
She spent in the hospital during fifty-four days, out of which thirty-two the infant was in a coma.
“The child had problems with breathing. Hence doctors concluded that it was a bacterial infection. They could not heal her with medicines. My wife and I took the child to another hospital where she was confirmed to have coronavirus.” – said the child’s father.
