The number of people infected with the new coronavirus increased by 1,556 during the last 24 hours in Iran. The spokesman of the Health Ministry of the country, Kianoush Jahanpour, revealed the information about the latest numbers.
According to him, a total of 104,691 people tested positive on coronavirus in the country, of which 83,837 patients recovered.
The death toll in Iran reaches 6,541 patients. The virus killed 55 people in a day.
