The number of people infected with the new coronavirus increased by 1,958 in Iran during the last 24 hours. The spokesman of the Health Ministry, Kianoush Jahanpour, revealed the information about the latest numbers.
According to the Minister of Health, a total of 112,725 people tested positive in the country, while 89,428 recovered.
COVID-19 killed 6,783 patients, 50 of them during the previous day.
