Japanese Parliament to elect a new Prime Minister

The Japanese Parliament will hold an extra meeting to elect a new Prime Minister on September 17, reports local media.

The details agenda of the meeting are unknown yet.

For the information, the Japanese Prime Minister, Shinzo Abe resigned on August 28.

Shinzo Abe is the Chairman of the Liberal-Democratic Party was holding the position of the Prime Minister for the second round since 2012. He was the head of the government in 2006-2007. He is 65, being the youngest leader in the history of the country.
