The US Democrats have nominated Joe Biden as their presidential candidate for the November election.
In a virtual vote on Tuesday, 50 US states and seven territories announced their tallies in favor of Joe Biden.
"Thank you very, very much from the bottom of my heart. Thank you all. It means the world to my family and me, and I'll see you on Thursday," Biden said.
Bernie Sanders was his rival from the Republican Party.
