As the General Prosecutor’s Office of Azerbaijan reports, on November 14, at about 17:00, two brothers, Azerbaijan citizens, were injured due to a mine explosion in the Fizuli district, Karabakh.
One of them died of injuries, while the other remains in critical condition.
The Azerbaijani Prosecutor’s Office studied the scene and the deceased’s body and scheduled a medical and judiciary examination.
An investigation is in progress.
