A 36-year-old man has reportedly killed a 6-year-old child in one of the nursery schools in the town of Naryan-Mar, Russia. The murderer was intoxicated; the cause of the crime has remained unknown so far.
The offender was apprehended, with the legal proceedings having been also instituted against staff members who were accused of negligence.
