The Georgian delegation led by the Mayor of Tbilisi, Kakha Kaladze, visited the Alley of Honor in Baku and laid a wreath at Heydar Aliyev's grave, Azerbaijani media reports.
The guests paid tribute to the memory of those who died for Azerbaijan's independence and territorial integrity and laid a wreath at the "Eternal Fire" memorial.
