The meeting of the Presidents of the USA and Russia has started.
It takes place at Villa La Grange, located in the park of the same name in Geneva.
The meeting between Biden and Putin started at 13:35 local time (15:35 Tbilisi time).
The presidents shook hands before the meeting.
The leaders of the states will take part in a photo session with the President of Switzerland, Guy Parmelin, at 15:25 Tbilisi time.
In addition to Biden and Putin, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov are in the negotiating room.
Negotiations with extended composition will start at 14:55 local time (16:55 Tbilisi time). The meeting will be closed to the press.
