A boat carrying 19 people capsized near the Greek coast. Seven passengers out of which five are children died. Information has been spread by the state-run Athens-Macedonia News Agency.
The accident occurred in the North-Eastern part of the Aegean Sea.
Authorities reportedly said all of the passengers were Turkish citizens, with one of them being a baby.
Vessels of the Greek Navy and Frontex conducted the rescue operation.
