Armenia is ready to resume talks with Azerbaijan and is waiting for concrete proposals from the OSCE Minsk Group. The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, made a statement about the issue.
"Yerevan is ready to resume the work of the Tripartite Commission of Vice Prime Ministers of Armenia, Russia, and Azerbaijan to unblock regional communications," Pashinyan said.
