Pashinyan not to attend Moscow victory parade

Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, will not attend the 75th victory anniversary parade in Moscow, reads his letter sent to the Russian President, Vladimir Putin.

Pashinyan explains his non-attendance of the victory parade by the coronavirus current situation. He writes that it is not recommended to leave the country for epidemiological reasons.

Earlier, the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, said that he would not attend the 75th victory anniversary parade for the country quarantine regime.
