Polish Government steps down

The Polish government has resigned, local media outlets report. 

Poland's governing Law and Justice party (PiS) has won 13 Oct parliamentary election, with Jaroslaw Kaczynski set to hold 235 MPs in the 460-seat Sejm, with this enabling him to form the government. 

Opposition Civic Coalition will hold 314 mandates, whereas The Union of the Left 39, Polish Peasant Party 30 and Eurosceptic and National Union "Confederation" 11.
