Prado Museum displays copies of the works of artists throughout Madrid

The Prado Museum has placed exact copies of world painting masterpieces all over Madrid, Artnet reports.

Works by Francisco Goya, El Greco, Fra Angelico, and other famous artists hidden in the museum collection were placed behind trees, on public transport stops, buildings, and fences.

The goal of the Prado Museum project, entitled "Just Around the Corner," is to change the daily lives of the city's residents. For this, the works of the artists are shown in "unexpected, familiar and strange places."
