President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva, and daughter Leyla Aliyeva arrived in Shusha.
President Aliyev has already issued an order for restoration works. Damaged mosques in the city will be restored. The project will be submitted in the near future.
"We will also restore the dried-up springs," Ilham Aliyev said about the rehabilitation after nearly 30 years of occupation.
"We are leaving Shusha, but we do not want to go. This place attracts people so much that they do not want to leave. Today is a sunny day, and we are not saying goodbye to Shusha," said the President of Azerbaijan as he left the city.
