Quarantine measures tightened in Turkey

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, additional restrictions will be imposed in Turkey from May 7 to limit the spread of the coronavirus.

It is forbidden to sell all products, except for basic necessities, including in chain supermarkets.

Additional measures are included regarding the prohibition of alcohol. In addition, the sale of electronics, stationery, perfumes, clothing and other items is prohibited.

However, from April 29 to May 17, travel restrictions apply only to citizens of the country and do not apply to foreign tourists.
