A robot has appeared in the Osaka store asking customers to wear a mask.
The Android has a camera and sensors inside, which help the robot feel that the user has come very close to it and reminds the buyer of social distance.
The robot also sees if the customer is wearing a mask or not. If he does not see it, he gives the buyer a note.
Robovie can also indicate to the customer where the product lies when the customer cannot find it.
