19 million Romanians are voting for the president today.
14 candidates will compete for the position. Current President, 60-year old Claus Iohannis, is among the candidates. His main competitors are former Prime Minister Viorica Dancila; former actor and art director, Mircha Diaconu; Director of Save Romania Union, Dan Barna and others.
According to polls Iohannis is leading with 40% of votes. Inquiry shows the unavoidability of the second tour elections.
